I used to work my "Fukkin" with gradient-2. Today, I worked with gradient-3.

I start to use new machine "Shoulder machine", whose exact name I don't know. You sit down the bench of the machine , which has a one-meter or some straight handle above your head, and you pull the handle down to your back-neck or chest. I use make-easy-level of the "Shoulder machine".

Swim

25 minutes, thinking the probability that any two's birthdays are the same day, in a class.

I found that locker number 88 and 184 are the most useful locker, because they are deepest in the locker room. But be aware of the number which is a little greater than 88 or 184, these means you would be an obstacle for others.
